Alpha Stamping's primary product lines include specialty washers, fastener assemblies and other small stamped components.  The specialty washer line is expansive and includes flat, conical, cup, keps, tooth, structural, and various specialty products.  Our company's fasteners assemblies tend to be complex and combine metal stampings with bolts, nuts, and other fasteners through staking, welding, grinding, and tapping processes.

Specialty Washers

Our company produces a full line of automotive washers including keps, cup, conical, flat, tooth, and specialty washers ranging in diameter from 0.375 to 6.0 inches and in thickness from 0.01 to 0.5 inches.

Fastener Assemblies

Fastener assemblies combine and align component parts and allow less material handling and improved logistics on the assembly line - a key benefit to the customer.  Specific fastener assembly products include bolt assemblies, nut assemblies, and miscellaneous special assemblies.

Stampings

Our company's small stamped component family consists of spring seats and miscellaneous small stampings such as spacers, shims, and brackets.
